Response Times and Procedures:

STILTEN strives to maintain the most efficient service for our clients needs. Below is the standard response times for the various tasks and positions that may be requested by our clients, based on project scope and requirements.

  • After Hours Contact:

    In an after-hours or emergency situation, our regular contact number will automatically roll over to our After-Hours line at the close of each business day.

    Maintenance and Warranty Requests:

    While emergency warranty situations are rare, when they occur, prompt response is essential. If at any time you have an emergency warranty request, during the course of regular business hours, we would suggest that you contact our office immediately at: (855) 784-5836 – 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.

    NOTE: Emergency reports are the ONLY service requests we can accept by phone.
